Vegan Banana Pancakes (Crêpes-Style)
There is not that one best vegan pancake recipe - there is just a lot of good ones. And this is one of them. It is best suited for Crêpes-Style / Gallete-Style Pancakes. Since this recipe brings out sweet pancakes ('cause of Bananas) I would not recommend them for using with savory ingredients but rather with applesauce, berries, etc. 🍓🍒🍌🍇
Or short version: Use this recipe to make your sweet breakfast Crêpes.

A big Help for Pancakes
It doesn't always come easy to actually turn the sides of a pancake without smashing the pancake into a weird rolled up piece of mud. That is why I got myself a pancake flipper which is really helpful: OXO Good Grips Silicone Spatula
Ingredients
- 150ml Sparkling Water
- 250g Flour
- 2 Bananas
- 300ml plant-based Milk
- 1tbsp of Sugar
- 1/2tsp of Salt
Instructions
- Put the Bananas, the Milk, the Salt and the Sugar in a Bowl and squish em to one mass (you can also just blend them together)
- Add the flour and make sure the dough is becoming one homogenous mass
- Lastly you need to pour the sparkling water into the dough and gently stir it into the dough (do not use the blender here)
- Put 1tbsp of Margarine into your pan and switch to medium heat
- Add one ladle of dough into the pan and distribute evenly and flat
- Fry on medium heat for ~2mins then turn
- Fry the other side as well for ~2mins
- Turn again if you want the pancake to be more brown until desired state is reached
- Repeat with the rest of the dough and Enjoy ♥️🥞 #yummy
